Personal data will be processed in order to respond to your message and for marketing and analytical purposes.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller, consisting in handling correspondence and conducting direct marketing of its own products and services, including for analytical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Access to your personal data will be granted to our employees, subcontractors and entities providing services to us (i.e. IT and technical support services), to the extent necessary for the purpose of handling correspondence.

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to process your inquiry or until an objection is raised, and, where consent has been granted pursuant to Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law, until such consent is withdrawn. Where communication takes place in connection with a contract, data will be stored until the completion of the contract and the expiry of the limitation period for any potential contractual claims.

• object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation;

• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data will result in the inability to respond to your message. Giving consent is voluntary.

Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
