Property Purchase in Catalonia – assistance with purchasing real estate and handling all formalities from A to Z. The commission for real estate purchase intermediation is determined individually. The service includes:

  • Contact with the developer, real estate agency, purchase intermediation
  • Verification of the property from a legal standpoint, checking all documentation
  • Assistance in reviewing the purchase agreement, full legal support included
  • Transfer of utilities (water, electricity, gas) based on the power of attorney
  • Presentation of offers from internet and alarm providers
  • Includes services: N.I.E. Number, Bank Account, Internet/Water/Electricity/Gas

Property Renovation

Price – service is free.

Renting up to 6 months

Rental of a room/apartment/house in Barcelona, Badalona, and L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. Outside these areas, the price is determined individually. The service includes:

  • Presenting property options or contacting the ones you selected
  • Assistance throughout the rental process until key collection
  • Visiting selected properties, recording videos of the interior and surroundings
  • Help with translating the contract
  • Possibility of remote verification and online rental
  • Discount on the Utilities service – 50%
  • Discount on the Bank Account service – 50%

Price: €1,089.00 (€900.00 + 21% VAT). Trips outside Barcelona + €70 net per trip.

Comprehensive management of your property for short- or long-term rental. The service includes:

  • Preparation of all necessary rental documentation
  • Providing contact with Polish-speaking accounting
  • Full care of the property: check-in/out, cleaning, repairs
  • Marketing and ensuring continuous rental
  • Interior photo session

Price – determined individually.

N.I.E. Number – foreigner identification number. The service includes:

  • Scheduling an appointment at the office
  • Preparing the required documents
  • Paying the official fee on your behalf (fee included in price)
  • Accompanying you during the appointment and assisting with translation
    (possible to complete without your presence if proper power of attorney is provided)

Price: €145.20 (€120.00 + 21% VAT). Appointment outside Barcelona, Llobregat, and Badalona + €70 net.

Residence (Residencia de Familiar de Ciudadano de la U.E.). The service includes:

  • Scheduling an appointment at the police station
  • Preparing the documents
  • Paying the official fee on your behalf (fee included in price)
  • Accompanying you during the meeting and helping with translation
    (possible to complete without your presence if proper power of attorney is provided)

Price: €169.40 (€140.00 + 21% VAT). Appointment outside Barcelona, Llobregat, and Badalona + €70 net.

Alarm System – installation assistance. The service includes:

  • Obtaining the best available market offer
  • Advising on choosing the most advantageous package
  • Assistance in translating the contract and offer
  • Scheduling a presentation meeting at the property

Price: €72.60 (€60.00 + 21% VAT)

Bank Account – assistance in opening a bank account in a selected Spanish bank. The service includes:

  • Scheduling an appointment at the chosen bank
  • Negotiating the most favorable conditions
  • Translation during the appointment
  • Help with translating the contract terms

Price: €72.60 (€60.00 + 21% VAT)

Internet/Water/Electricity/Gas – setting up or transferring services. The service includes:

  • Contact with the provider
  • Transfer of utilities based on your power of attorney
  • Negotiation of contract terms / selection of the best package

Price: €72.60 (€60.00 + 21% VAT) per service

Empadronamiento (Residence Registration). The service includes:

  • Scheduling an appointment at the appropriate office
  • Accompanying you during the meeting
  • Assistance in preparing the required documents

Price: €96.80 (€80.00 + 21% VAT)

Electronic Signature (official) – issued to residents of Spain. The service includes:

  • Scheduling the appointment
  • Assistance in preparing required documents
  • Accompanying you during the appointment and translation
  • Help with technical matters

Price: €96.80 (€80.00 + 21% VAT)

Notarial Deed Translation – non-sworn translation of a notarial deed, price includes travel within Barcelona and up to 50 km outside. The service includes:

  • Visit on the day of the deed signing at the address you indicate
  • Non-sworn translation of the notarial deed

Price: €302.50 (€250.00 + 21% VAT)

  • object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation;

  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data will result in the inability to respond to your message. Giving consent is voluntary.

Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
